Clubs

Edep Academy is proud to offer a diverse and dynamic array of student clubs and activities designed to enrich the academic experience, foster leadership skills, and encourage personal development. Our current successful lineup includes two highly competitive Soccer teams. Individual skills and strategy are honed in the Ping Pong, Basketball, Volleyball, and Chess clubs, while discipline and physical conditioning are emphasized in the Karate club. For creative and cultural expression, students can join Ebru (traditional Turkish paper marbling) and Calligraphy clubs. Finally, our Math Club and Robotics Club provide challenging and engaging opportunities in STEM fields. We continually strive to expand this selection, working to add more diverse options and improve the quality of our existing clubs to ensure that every student finds an activity they are passionate about.

Friday Guest Speaker Sessions

Friday Guest Speaker Sessions, parallel with our mission, aim to nurture our students intellectually, emotionally, spiritually, morally, and socially. Sessions are held at our facility by guest speakers from diverse backgrounds in the community, including writers, community leaders, doctors, engineers, religious leaders, counselors, teachers, non-profit directors, professors, and more. Seminars are held every other week, lasting between thirty minutes and an hour.

Saturday Activities

In parallel with our mission to nurture our students intellectually, emotionally, spiritually, morally, and socially, Edep Academy organizes significant Saturday Activities. These large-scale events are held every other week, ensuring both our boys and girls have dedicated, separate opportunities for social engagement and personal enrichment. Activities are diverse and often involve community outings, workshops, cultural trips, or physical challenges, designed to expose students to various real-world scenarios, build camaraderie, and foster essential life skills outside the classroom setting. These extended weekend sessions provide memorable experiences and strengthen the bonds within the Edep Academy community.

Trips & Camps

Edep Academy enriches its calendar with special, extended programs, offering two major camp experiences each year: a Winter Camp and a comprehensive Summer Camp. These retreats provide students with opportunities for focused learning, outdoor activities, spiritual reflection, and community building outside the traditional school environment. Furthermore, the Academy organizes 2-3 major educational trips annually. Depending on the year and academic focus, these trips take students to historical and cultural centers such as Washington D.C., Boston, Philadelphia, and other significant locations, ensuring a dynamic and hands-on application of classroom learning and broadening their horizons through travel.
